Customizing his approach to every project: from scheduling crew, equipment, format and tests; to close collaborations with the director, producer and production heads - he leaves no detail unturned. With over ten years experience as a cinematographer, Tim knows how to devise simple solutions to the complex challenges of filmmaking.

Always up to date on the latest imaging technologies, he can design cost effective workflows that put every dollar on screen. His background as an editor also enables him to instinctively cover scenes that cut like butter. Viewing his craft as more than just an “on set” skill, he knows how to maintain a project’s visual integrity from concept through completion.

From movies, art, photography and literature, he grabs inspiration wherever he can find it. But perhaps his strongest ideas come from everyday life itself, as not a day goes by where something doesn't turn his head and make him ask: “wouldn't that look great on film?”.
