Tim Naylor
As a child, it was a trip to Universal Studios that inspired Tim Naylor to make movies. Fast forward, he received his Masters from NYU's Graduate Film Program and began working in camera, cutting his teeth in New York's independent feature scene. Now, having expanded his range to include commercials, music videos, docs and broadcast, he’s always on the lookout for innovative ways to give a project its visual signature.
Though having begun his career in film, he has also embraced the best and emerging digital camera systems and workflows.
Be it from science, arts or literature, he grabs inspiration wherever he can find it. But perhaps Tim's strongest ideas come from everyday life. Not a day goes by where something doesn't turn his head and make him ask: “wouldn't that look great on film?”
